The Grand Hotel Tremezzo Palace is an early 20th century palace surrounded by centuries old gardens and overlooking Lake Como and the Riviera delle Azalee, 75 kilometers from Milan. It arrives less than 100 meters from the landing stage, where a hydrofoil or boat can be taken to Tremezzo. A Ferrovie Nord train connection goes directly from the airport to Como. Guests can enjoy a dip in one of three outdoor pools, including one which is built within the waters of Lake Como itself, and one smaller pool which is ideal for children. Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is 82 kilometers from the hotel. The famous botanical gardens of Villa Carlotta are 200 meters from the hotel, and guests can take boats trips to visit the church and basilica of Comancina Isle, or Bellagio, 'the pearl of Lake Como' on the shore opposite to the hotel.
